BALLOON POLICY
Balloons and balloon orders are final sale. Orders can be rescheduled, but we require a 24 hour notice. Orders not rescheduled within 24 hours will not be eligible as they have already been worked into our schedule for the following day.
Any changes made are subject to approval and must be done 48 hours in advance. Custom embellishments like confetti mixes, custom vinyls and tassel tails are final sale once they have been made.
We DO NOT give any refunds for balloons. If you have an issue with an order picked up that day we will do our best to work with you on a replacement SAME DAY.
There are many variables that can affect your balloons and once they are out of our hands, we cannot offer any guarantees.
Take Note:
Balloons naturally move with the air current, so we cannot guarantee that they will remain in a specific formation.
Float Time and Appearance:
Our balloons used indoors will float for a minimum of 2 to 3 days. If exposed to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight it will affect the performance of the balloon and diminish the life of your balloon. We can not offer a guarantee on any balloon used outdoors or placed in less than desirable conditions.
Latex balloons will begin to slowly reduce in size with each passing day. They will also oxidize, a natural process which changes the original glossy finish to a soft matte finish.
SAME DAY ORDER POLICY
Due to our extremely fast and efficient turnaround times, same-day orders — whether placed online or in person — cannot be canceled once any part of the preparation, crafting, or fulfillment process has begun. This includes production, assembly, staffing, or any other step required to complete the order.
If production of any kind has not yet begun, customers may choose to:
- Reschedule the order for a future date, or
- Convert the order to store credit

PAYMENT REQUIREMENT
All orders must be paid in full in advance, whether placed online, over the phone, or in person. Orders will not be released without payment.
Product Substitutions & Design Variations
Please note that on occasion, standard products, color charts, designs, or other attributes may be substituted or slightly varied without notice. In these cases, the product fundamentally remains the same, with only physical attributes such as color, size, or minor design elements differing.
Emerson Sloan’s priority is customer satisfaction. While substitutions may occur due to availability issues or defects that change the ability to maintain the overall integrity of the design, changes or modifications can only be made to customized orders at the discretion of the designer. This ensures the highest quality and consistency for all products.
FORGETTING TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER
Orders not picked up on the scheduled date and time will not be eligible for a refund or store credit. We also cannot guarantee the quality or length of float time for unclaimed orders.
All orders remaining unclaimed 72 hours after the scheduled pickup date and time will be either disposed of or donated without notice.
If you need to change your pickup date or time, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Orders that have already been inflated, prepared, or crafted cannot be rescheduled or canceled.
ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
Customers should plan to arrive at the scheduled pickup window.
Upon arrival:
1.State the name on the order to a staff member.
2. Sign out the order on your order slip.
3. The staff will bag the order if applicable for safe transport & offer assistance to car.
4. You may then take the order home, and unbag immediately once there.

HOW DO I PUT BALLOONS IN MY VEHICLE AT PICKUP?
At Emerson Sloan, we prebag your order if applicable to help alleviate the stress of the balloons flying away or being in the way while you are driving. We highly recommend letting us bag your order, as well as purchasing anchor weights for any orders containing helium. When loading in and taking the balloons out of your vehichle, please use one door at a time as two open doors can create a vaccum causing the balloons to fly away or down the street. If you are unsure of how many balloons you can fit in your car, please consult with us.
HANDLING & SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Once the order has been signed out, customers are responsible for the care and handling of all balloons and arrangements. Emerson Sloan is no longer responsible for damage or neglect that occurs after the order has been signed for.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN ONLINE BALLOON DELIVERY OR PICKUP?
1. Add the items to your cart.
2. Select Balloon Delivery or Pickup as your fulfillment method in your shopping cart.
3. Select your delivery/pickup day and time window, add any applicable notes to your order
4. Complete checkout and then you await (or notify recipient!) our arrival during selected window.
DELIVERY TIME WINDOW
Deliveries are scheduled between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM to accommodate the large number of customers each day. In the unforeseen chances delivery delays occur, we will communicate and update you on status of your order.
All other special requests outside the standard window must be submitted via email and approved in advance. These requests are subject to additional fees and availability.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Delivery pricing is available at checkout on our website. Pricing is subject to change based on economic conditions, inflation, and seasonal demand.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver within 15 miles of our store. For deliveries outside this zone, please call, and delivery will be subject to flexible scheduling and additional fees.
