These 2 foot long hand cut fringed tissue tassels with 6 foot long cotton string has 16 layers of quality tissue paper cut in fine strips to create a pom pom of fun at the end of your jumbo balloon or bouquet.
For longer tassels, connect tassel ends together and trim as needed to create custom length.
